Kim Dansel to Serve as Member of Kansas Physician Assistant Council

For Immediate Release, December 20, 2011

Greeley County Health Services is pleased to announce that Kimberly Dansel, PA-C, has been selected to serve as a member of the Kansas Physician Assistant Council.  This appointment was formally announced by Governor Sam Brownback earlier this week.

Mrs. Dansel was one of 21 appointments to boards and committees.  Brownback says, “I am confident that these individuals will utilize their experience and expertise in their respective professions to work to make Kansas even better,” he said.  Kim has worked for Greeley County Health Services for the last five years and is a native of Weskan, Kansas and an active member of the community.  She says of her appointment, “I hope it will give me an opportunity to give voice to the concerns and needs of rural providers.”

Kim Dansel is a valuable member of the Greeley County Health Services provider team with special interests in primary care of all ages and preventive health.  Debbi Lehner, GCHS Chief Executive Officer said, "Kim's positive attitude and exceptional skills will be a true asset to this council.  She will bring a rural perspective to the group which will benefit communities like ours."

Kim begins this appointment effective December 1, 2011 and will provide representation as part of the Kansas Physician Assistant Council.
