Greeley County Health Services, a National Community Center of Excellence in Women’s Health, invites you to attend a conference this fall.
Special guest, LeAnn Thieman, a national recognized author, speaker and nurse will provide the keynote for this year’s conference. LeAnn is the author of nine Chicken Soup for the Soul books.

We will provide valuable information to healthcare professionals and community members through a series of dynamic speakers and informative exhibits.
This conference is designed to provide education and interaction on community health issues. You’ll find many educational and networking opportunities!

These interactive breakout sessions will be presented by leading health professionals from across the state. This conference will also feature health-related poster and media presentations from area youth as well as professional exhibits.
CEU/CME available to physicians, nurses, PA’s, ARNP’s, Nursing Home Administrators and EMS personnel.
Others attending may receive a Certificate of Attendance upon request.
